  In 2014 there was with an ugly fat woman aged around between 20 to 30 at a reception in bad service, look like she was the best in the world, I was disappointed and decide never to go back again. In this year 2016 I have to see a doctor and there is very nice young ladies servicing, they know what they are doing and I am so happy with my treatment. I want to say Thank you and I'll come back again whenever I needed or how far I live .(June is my birth month and I have Hepatitis c, I met the doctor Eric Chang and he know what he is doing. My Hep C is gone after one month of taking medicine and I could live longer life. Right now I am so happy living as all virus and poison free from my body Thanks Doctor Eric and Thanks to Government because medicine cost around $140000 for one course I am still taking medicine every day and will finish on October 2016)

  My experience has been good. I have visited a few GPs here and all of them have been good. Surbhi is good, straightforward and listens well.

  The receptionist Rania is the rudest receptiontionist. My surgeon called her for some details and she was so rude to the Doctor and the doctor complained to me as he handed me the phone to talk to her. She is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I'm no longer going to Meadowbank Medical centre. I called today to make an appointment and she was so rude. She then proceeded to say "wait a sec" as she answered a patient who just walked into the clinic and kept me waiting on the phone when I actually rang before this patient who walked in. I have spoken to other patients in the waiting room who have rolled their eyes when she served them because she is fake and condescending. She must be new as this medical centre obviously does not care about their service or patients when they have such a Rude, two face, fake receptionist! Absolutely terrible person
